1. Intellectual Property & Content

All content available on the Lunvona website—including but not limited to product photography, brand names, logos, descriptions, graphics, packaging, nail-art designs, and website content—is owned by or licensed to Lunvona and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

  • We Welcome: You may share photos of your Lunvona press-on nails on social media and tag us. We love seeing how you make each design your own.

  • We Prohibit: You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, commercially resell, or use our images, designs, logos, or text to impersonate Lunvona or create misleading listings without our prior written permission.

2. Accuracy of Information

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions and high-quality photography representing the colors, finishes, shapes, lengths, and details of our press-on nail products.

  • Minor Variations: Actual colors and finishes may appear slightly different because of lighting, screen settings, device displays, and normal production variations. Nail appearance and fit may also vary depending on natural nail shape and application.

  • Right to Correct: We reserve the right to correct errors in prices, product details, promotions, or availability and to update information without prior notice. If an error affects an order you have already placed, we will contact you and provide an appropriate solution, which may include cancellation and a full refund when necessary.

You may choose to create a Lunvona account for a more convenient shopping experience.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and login credentials.

  • You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate account and order information.

  • If you suspect unauthorized access to or use of your account, please notify us immediately at service@lunvona.com.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You may not use data-mining tools or automated bots without authorization, submit fraudulent orders or reviews, attempt to gain unauthorized access, copy protected content, introduce malicious code, interfere with the Site’s operation, or use the Site for fraud, abuse, or brand impersonation.

Lunvona reserves the right to restrict or terminate access to the Site or cancel affected orders when we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated, subject to applicable law.

5. Pricing & Payments

  • Pricing and Promotions: Product prices, promotions, discounts, and availability may be changed at any time before an order is confirmed. A future price change will not affect a valid order that has already been accepted and paid, except where correction is required because of an obvious pricing or listing error.

  • Order Acceptance: An order confirmation acknowledges that we have received your order but does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order for reasons such as product unavailability, suspected fraud, payment authorization issues, or an obvious listing error. If payment has already been collected for a cancelled order, the applicable amount will be refunded.

  • Secure Payments: Payments are processed through third-party payment providers using appropriate security measures. Lunvona does not directly store your complete payment-card details on its own servers.

  • Taxes and Charges: Any applicable taxes, shipping fees, or other charges will be displayed during checkout where required.

6. Product Use & Limitation of Liability

  • Cosmetic Use: Lunvona press-on nails and related accessories are cosmetic products intended for external use. Follow all application, wear, care, and removal instructions supplied with the product or adhesive.

  • Safe Application: Do not apply press-on nails or adhesive to irritated, injured, infected, or otherwise unhealthy nails or surrounding skin. Review the instructions and ingredients of any adhesive before use and discontinue use if irritation or an adverse reaction occurs.

  • Improper Use: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lunvona is not responsible for damage resulting from improper application or removal, misuse, accidents, unauthorized alterations, third-party adhesives, or failure to follow product instructions.

  • Service Interruptions: We work to maintain a reliable shopping experience, but we cannot guarantee that the Site will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or available during maintenance, updates, or technical disruptions.

  • Mandatory Rights: Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

7. Governing Law

To the extent permitted by applicable law, these Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. This choice of law does not deprive you of any mandatory consumer protections available under the laws applicable in your place of residence.

Before starting formal proceedings, the parties agree to make reasonable, good-faith efforts to resolve any dispute by contacting one another directly.
